AN ENGLISH POTTERY STANDING HORSE,
CIRCA 1800.
The pearlware hose stands on a rectangular base painted in green to imitate grass. The horse is unusually decorated with sponged decoration in pink and purple lustre. It wears a halter and belted saddle cloth. The tips of the horses ears, eyes, its muzzle and docked tail are dark black. good condition with tip of ear chipped.
