Staffordshire Pearlware Figure Group of Musicians, Titled

Staffordshire Pearlware Bocage Figure Group of Musicians, Titled "Village Group",

Circa 1825


The bocage figure group depicts two figures, a man playing a pip and a lady playing a tambourine.  The figures sit below the bocage tree on a stepped mould with a small stream at their feet and the moulded title" Village Group" around the base.  The interior is hollow.

Dimensions: 7 3/4 inches high x 4 1/4 inches wide x 3 1/2 inches deep.
